Wolfcry Division protects Paragon from threats both domestic and mystic. The team is made up of a number of heroes of varying origins and consists of mutants, mages, scientists and the elite banded together in the name of justice. The Division is involved in everything from patrolling schools and communities, educational initiatives including teaching safety and self-defense techniques, criminal psychology, threat basement and prevention and the active apprehension of criminals.

A subsidiary of Samiel Dayne Industries Ltd, Wolfcry Division was founded in 2005 in order to carry on the memory of two of Paragon City's finest heroes, Jack Garrett and Samiel 'The Great' Dayne. This small group of heroes works tirelessly, ensuring that the heroic flame that was so bright in these two men, continues to burn in Paragon through those who knew and were inspired by them.
